The UAE Minster of Energy, Suhail bin Mohammed Faraj Faris al- Mazrouei, has confirmed that the United Arab Emirates (UAE) is planning to bid to host the 2019 World Energy Congress (WEC), one of the world s pre-eminent energy dialogues, convened every three years and attracting more than 5,000 policy makers and private sector leaders from across the global energy industry.
